Description

Reflexology is a form of massage that deals primarily with the reflex areas on the feet. They correspond to different locations and organs of the body and are stimulated with direct pressure which may be light, medium or deep. This treatment may or may not include a body massage and gentle stretching. While lotions or oils may be used, they are not required.
